As a family-owned and operated business, we have the privilege of working side by side with our loved ones. Our goal is to provide honest work and an end result that is not only visually stunning but is custom tailored to fit your exact needs and wants. Scope of Services
We are a turn-key company! We have offer everything from the dirt work to all of the finishing touches. Our quality management system spans all phases of the project life cycle, from preliminary ideas and concept development, to the finished product. No need to hire several contractors to complete your project; let us handle it all for you! We are great at wearing many hats and managing complicated workflows efficently. We don't like to do things twice so doing the right the first time is our goal!
Company Profile
We are a family-owned and operated business with over 40 years of experience in every aspect of the construction trade. Rex Giles started residential construction in 1996 with home remodels, additions, small garages and concrete flat work projects. In 2002, his son Lucas joined and together they created Giles Construction and Concrete. In 2009, they started erecting all steel buildings. Since then they have transitioned to the name Titan Building Systems, erecting more than 250,000 square feet of steel in and around the Central Kansas area.
